Sunseekers Terms & Conditions

Wherever possible we will always display our Terms & Conditions (T&C’s) that relate to any product, service or promotion that is offered by Sunseekers in a prominent position to ensure transparency between Sunseekers and the customer / user at all times.  Whilst not exhaustive we have listed below our most commonly referred to T&C’s for the products, services and promotions offered by Sunseekers.

Changes to Customers Personal Account Details

If a customer wishes to change their personal account details we will require proof of identity before any amendments can be made.

Customer Course and Product Refunds

Once activated a customer course can only be refunded on the grounds of a medical condition and on the production of a valid medical certificate.  Any request for a refund must be stated in writing and delivered in an envelope addressed for the store manager to the store where the course was purchased.  If approved by the store manager a full refund will be issued within 7 working days from receipt of the letter.  

A product refund for a bottle of tanning lotion will only be granted at the time of first use and for the reason that you have had an adverse reaction to the lotion or that it is clear that you were mis-sold the lotion by one of our tanning consultants (i.e. you were sold a maximising lotion when you only required an accelerator lotion).  If your lotion has never been used and you can show proof of purchase a full refund will be granted.

Transfer of Customer Course Minutes

If you wish to transfer your course minutes to somebody else then you must request this in writing stating your full name, address and date of birth and provide the same information for the person whom you would like your minutes transferring to.  We will only be able to transfer minutes from one customer to another if they are both already registered customers.

Storing Customer Lotions In-Store

Please note that the customer lotion storage service is provided as a gesture of goodwill and we cannot be held responsible for any losses whatsoever.  Customer lotions can only be stored for a period of 12 months at which time they will be disposed of.

Damage / Loss of Customer Property In-Store

Sunseekers cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to customer property whilst on the premises.

Expiration of Customer Course Minutes

Unless otherwise stated all unused sunbed course minutes will expire exactly 12 months from the date of purchase.
